Work your way through the questions, skipping any that are not applicable to the activity you are risk assessing. Some of the sections are guidance only, to assist you in answering the questions that follow. These sections will be indicated with the  symbol.

When competed, the risk assessment will be emailed to you and you can either print it out as it is, or copy and paste into your own risk assessment recording system.

At the moment, this interactive risk assessment tool is just a prototype. We'll be making regular improvements and updates to it. If you want to see certain features included in these updates, please let us know.
